The e-mail will either say booking confirmed, or ask for a deposit.

Only when required deposits are paid will your booking be confirmed.

A PRE-ORDER IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, OFTEN REQUIRED FOR ALL TABLES OF TEN OR MORE.

£5 deposits are the standard deposit required when dining from the regular menu and celebration menu.
£10 deposits are required on special occasions (such as Valentines Day & Christmas) - please refer to the menu for deposit price.

All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel any places. In this circumstance, the deposit will be reduced accordingly. For example, if you pay a £5 deposit for 10 persons (£50) and only 9 turn up, the deposit will be reduced by £5 to £45.

Cancellations of bookings need to be made by telephone to 01472 812222.

Transferring deposits (example from original booking date to another) may be made in exceptional circumstances. This is at the discretion of the business owner or general manager, but are generally not permitted.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable

No change can be given from gift vouchers, but where possible, lower amount gift vouchers can be offered.

We only have £10 / £25 and £50 gift voucher denominations available.

All prices include VAT and are correct at time of going to press.

They can be used in either the Restaurant or Big Jax sports bar for food and/or drink.
